This delightful chic Sugarloaf residence boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and a loft, and is equipped with a hot tub, designer fully equipped kitchen and steam sauna, making it the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. If being completely immersed in nature is your thing, then this is the place to be! As you enter the property, you'll notice that the home and exterior deck have been recently fully remodeled. Upon entry, you'll be mesmerized by the natural-look of the wooden vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and natural light that flows throughout the home. The kitchen offers quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space for storage, and a large number of appliances, if you love cooking. You'll be pleased with our stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower/steam sauna and single sink. As you climb the stairs, you'll find a loft with a king bed. The main bedroom offers access to the back yard, where you can enjoy the fresh air while soaking in your private spa. Sugarloaf is a very small and quiet community where you can enjoy and relax away from the turmoil of the big city. At a walkable distance from the house there is a nice recreational park that offer lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike. Parking: The City of Big Bear limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood. Occupancy 4 max Village Distance: 18 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 16 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 17 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
