Proximity to Attractions Big Bear Village: 3-4 minute drive Snow Summit Ski Resort: 8 minute drive Bear Mountain Ski Resort: 11-12 minute drive Occupancy Maximum Guests: 14 Parking: 4 vehicles Amenities for Rent: High Chairs & Pack ’n Plays: Available for $25/day each or as a packaged deal. Please notify us in advance to arrange rentals during your stay. Backup Electrical Generator is also available in case of emergencies :) Check-Out Responsibilities: Dish Cleaning: A $45 fee applies if dishes are not washed before check-out, per city permit requirements. Trash Removal: A $25 fee per bag applies for any trash left on the property. Noise Regulations: Quiet Hours: Enforced by the city from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect local residents. Noise Violations: Excessive noise or loud music audible at the property line is prohibited. City code enforcement may issue fines ($500-$5,000 per violation) and/or evict guests. An additional $300 administrative fee per code call applies, plus $100/hour for our team’s time, as we must respond within 30 minutes. Please adhere to these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all!
