Due to the mountain terrain and sloped access, guests should drive cautiously when arriving and departing. Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. This limit must be respected at all times for safety, compliance, and comfort. Pet policy This home is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the space for all guests. Property terrain and safety The property sits on an extremely steep, sloped lot surrounded by natural boulders. Please use caution when walking around the exterior areas. For safety reasons, sledding, skiing, or riding of any kind on the property is strictly prohibited. Mountain environment and wildlife This is a mountain home located in a natural forest environment. While the home is professionally cleaned between each stay and humane pest mitigation is used, occasional bugs or critters may be present inside or outside the home, including near outdoor amenities such as the hot tub. This is a normal part of mountain living and is outside the host’s control. Southern California wildlife may include coyotes, bears, snakes, birds of prey, rodents, arachnids, and scorpions.
