There are many seasonal activities close by for family enjoyment. This entire house is exclusively yours during your stay, providing you with uninterrupted relaxation and comfort. Moonridge Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town. Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient. Parking Instructions: You can park 3 cars maximum on the flat driveway. There is room to park side by side. Park in the driveway only. Please do not park on the street or in front of other homes. Views: Peek-a-boo ski slope and forest views. Entertainment is available at the property: Horseshoes (located in the backyard) Games and Puzzles Books Yoga Equipment: 2 Peloton yoga mats, 2 Peloton yoga blocks, 2 Peloton yoga straps, 1 foam roller. LOCAL BUGS and WILDLIFE Please note that due to our location in the mountains, it's possible to encounter local bugs and wildlife during your stay. NO PETS ALLOWED Our home is not suitable for pets. Guests will charged an additional $500 cleaning fee and fined $1000 for unauthorized pets. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - HOT TUB USAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Use hot tub at your own risk. If any contamination is found in the spa, it will result in an automatic $125 dump and refill charge. No jumping, diving, or rough play near the hot tub area. No glass can be around the hot tub. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10 pm). No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub.
