Outdoor space: Propane Weber BBQ Parking: Parking Pass must be displayed at all times. • Max 2 cars • Cars must be tandem parked unless guests park in the most easterly parking spots in front of the unit, in which case you can park side by side. Please be careful not to block the stop sign. • Cars will be towed without proper pass or for exceeding the limit of cars • In Snow Conditions-move cars as needed for snow removal Big Bear Lake East is centrally located in the Big Bear Valley and could be considered the main part of town. Located on the south shore of Big Bear Lake, BBL East is mostly residential and is also where you will find shopping, dining, Snow Summit, and other attractions and amenities. It is where the majority of schools, places of worship, and the Big Bear Community Hospital are located. Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town. Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
