Living Room: The living room is enormous with a beautiful rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass facing the water with unbelievable Boulder Bay scenery. Game Room: Featuring a pool table, new Zoola ping pong table, new Foosball table and recently installed artificial turf. Outdoor Space: Expansive deck has a phenomenal 8 person jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the iconic Boulder Bay and a glass wall that is 6ft feet high to protect you from the wind and elements while being one with nature. The deck has plenty of room to entertain all of your guests and a Propane BBQ for all who love to grill. Please keep in mind that the canoe is not for guest use. Parking: 3 car garage. Parking for two cars as one car area is used for additional game room. Up to (5) cars allowed max. Garage access allowed. Additional 3 cars can park in the large driveway. There are 4 BR downstairs (king, king, queen, 2 twins). There is one bedroom upstairs (queen & twin bunk) and a loft w 3 beds connected to it. Available in app and for emergencies 7 days a week Boulder Bay Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town. Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient. Pet Friendly (2) dogs under 25 lbs. $85 pet fee per pet. Just connect to blue tooth and enjoy *Brand New Poker Table, Shuffleboard and Fire pit recently added! *You will have full use of the first boat slip walking down the ramp for their boat and one to two jet skis can be stored in the jet ski slips. The lock code on boat dock is PLAY. * To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. * If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. * Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
