The views make you feel very secluded; you can even see the slopes at Bear Mountain! Top Floor Two chic bedrooms, each with queen beds and windows offering serene forest views. Lower Level A spacious master suite featuring a king-sized bed, private patio, and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom with an over-queen bunk bed. A laundry room for your convenience. Bottom Floor Descend the spiral staircase to the ultimate relaxation zone: a “Hot Tub Time Machine” inspired spa room with an indoor hot tub and direct access to the lower deck, surrounded by nature. The house is located on a dead-end street that provides access to excellent hiking trails as well as the Big Bear Truck Trails. To navigate this area, you will need a vehicle, or you can walk to Bear Mountain Resort or the Mountain Transit Trolley. Occupancy: Maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. No Pets Allowed Parking: Room for 4 cars max, including a flat parking pad and a sloped driveway. Chains are required during winter months and 4x4 vehicles are recommended.
