Living space and kitchen The open-concept living and kitchen area is designed for connection and comfort. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, featuring a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig for a quick morning coffee. Natural flow between the spaces allows everyone to stay connected, whether preparing meals or relaxing by the fire. Sleeping arrangements This single-level home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed paired with a full bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. Both rooms include wall-mounted 50-inch smart TVs for added comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom adds an extra layer of coziness with its own electric fireplace, creating a warm and restful atmosphere at night. Bathroom and essentials The bathroom is designed with functionality in mind, offering a double vanity sink for easy mornings and a shower and bathtub combination. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with WiFi throughout the home to keep you connected when needed. Outdoor living Step outside to a fully enclosed backyard designed for relaxation and play. Soak in the hot tub under the mountain sky, fire up the BBQ grill for an evening meal, or enjoy time on the patio furniture while taking in the fresh air. Comfort and climate The cabin is equipped with two wall heaters - one in the living room and one in the hallway between the bedrooms - both controlled by Nest thermostats for easy temperature adjustments. Big Bear City Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the City and greater Valley. Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town. Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient. Download the Trolley App and use the live tracker to see when the next trolley is headed to your stop. Parking: The driveway is flat and can accommodate 2 cars. No parking is permitted on the street. Max Occupancy: Maximum guest occupancy is 6. Two scooters and two ice sleds are stored in the closet for the guest to use and return when done enjoying them. Please make sure to turn off the jacuzzi lights and jets when not in use. Also please keep the jacuzzi covered to help maintain the set temperature. Board games are located in the living room cabinet under the kitchen counter top (white cabinet). We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
