Relax on your private deck perched on a hillside, overlooking the peaceful scenery of Moonridge, an upscale area in Big Bear Lake with its own quaint village charm. 🏔️🍁 Our cabin is thoughtfully designed with the finest amenities, including curated linens, luxury bedding, and modern furnishings. Each room offers its own unique charm, from the queen bed with rustic-modern touches to the mid-century bed in the second bedroom, complete with a Smart TV and wall heater. The living room is a cozy haven with a luxury leather sofa and mid-century chairs, perfect for curling up with a soft throw and listening to music on our Bluetooth record player. 🎶 For some fun, try out the preloaded game console in the back bedroom, and for families, we offer mini cots for toddlers and a variety of board games. 🎮🎲 Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1- Queen Bed Bedroom 2- Queen Bed + 1 Single Rollaway Bed with a real mattress folded up in the closet. Unwind in our newly added spa bathroom, featuring a river rock shower with a full soaking tub, herbal-infused toiletries, and breathtaking views. Enjoy the luxury of our modern bidet, which opens automatically and offers a range of remote-controlled features. 🛁✨ The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need for a gourmet meal, including a variety of spices. Step outside to the custom deck equipped with a gas BBQ, perfect for dining under the stars with views of Bear Mountain. 🌟 We provide sleds, extra linens, DVDs, and more to ensure your stay is as comfortable and fun-filled as possible. After a day on the slopes or exploring, relax in our LED-lit outdoor spa, where you can soak under the stars while admiring the views of the slopes. The stone pathway, fire pit, and seating area create a magical ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of mountain adventures. 🔥🌲 Our cabin is equipped with heating, air conditioning (a rarity in Big Bear!), and double-pane windows for year-round comfort. While the cabin isn't childproof, we do offer highchairs and pack n’ plays for rent, as well as two free toddler cots at the cabin. You'll have the entire home to yourself, and we're just a text away if you need assistance. With a perfect location just steps from the ski shuttle and close to the new Moonridge Zoo, golf, and quaint Moonridge Village, you can enjoy the peace of an upscale neighborhood while being a short drive from all of Big Bear Lake's major attractions. ⛷️🐻 Important Notes: No pets or ESA animals: Due to the owner's medical documentation, the cabin is not pet-friendly and cannot accommodate emotional support animals. 🐾🚫 Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, with no street parking allowed. Please bring your own adapter for the EV charger (NEMA 14-50-R). 🔌 Per Big Bear Lake regulations, trash must be taken to the nearby disposal site. Our spa has designated hours of use, and music is not allowed at the property line per city rules. You must be at least 21 years old to book our cabin. This is not a shared home. You will be renting an entire cabin. We will be available to answer all questions at any time via text or via Airbnb messaging. We also have someone within a short distance of our cabin should any emergencies arise. We are right next to the ski shuttle (walking distance) to Bear Mountain where you can ski and snowboard or watch sometimes an awesome concert at and you can literally walk to the shuttle and a very short drive to Snow Summit. The new Moonridge zoo and golfing is just down the block as well as the hidden gem of Moonridge Village with quaint old school restaurants and coffee shop. This is an upscale neighborhood that is the hidden gem of Big Bear Lake with a ton of areas for free sledding and trails for hiking and biking all around us. It is the perfect location without the crowds but close enough to be within a short distance of every major attraction in Big Bear Lake. Bike rentals are down the street, lots of trails and hills to snow sled on (sleds in our front closet), even in our own backyard when the snow is there. Ski shuttle to Bear Mountain is within walking distance of our cabin. Our driveway is slightly steep so when snowing it is best to have a 4x4 or chains as our driveway is not flat. This is a hillside retreat with spectacular views of Bear Mountain and lots of trees in an upscale quaint community called Moonridge. Patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ are covered to protect against dirt and snow please remove and replace during your stay. If it is snowing, we will have our driveway plowed for you. Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood. Just installed a new NEMA 14-50-R EV Charger (bring your own adapter please). Please note in all Big Bear Lake rentals per Code you will need to take out your trash off-site down the street less than a half mile to the free site for trash. This is due to animals and Code enforcement and is the law for any Big Bear Lake rental. ****We cannot grant access to the cabin until the rental agreement is signed with the Good Neighbor Brochure - please note no code will be sent earlier than 4pm and only with the signed agreement per the City of Big Bear Lake**** All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind. All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over (5) person occupancy. No pets please or you will incur a $250 per pet fee per night. No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line and Spa hours are prohibited between the hours of 10pm-8am per our permit and City rules. Please close the spa when not in use or it will trigger our app and will not remain warm. You must be at least 21 years old to book our cabin. Village distance: 9 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 7 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 4 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
